The Virginia Application For the Restoration of Rights with instructions is available online by clicking on the appropriate link at www.commonwealth.virginia.gov. (You could also write the Secretary of the Commonwealth in Richmond for a copy of this application.)

If you have been convicted of a non-violent felony, you can have your right to vote restored, hold public office, sit on a jury, and serve as a notary. This restoration of rights, however, does not include the right to own or possess a firearm nor will it expunge the record of your criminal conviction.
