What rights does a person have over their voice print? Is it allowed to be used by other people since a voice print is not 100% accurate?

Unrtil you have defined precisely what you mean by "voiceprint" which appears
to be susceptible to multiple definitions, one of which, apparently,
is a kind of spectrogram forming an image indicating the spectral instensity
of a sound varying with time and often used to analyse the cries of animals
and related sounds, no attempt at a response to this question is
likely to be forthcoming.
