Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
There was a scene at my neighbors house where someone was drunk aand then he ended up driving. My huband called the 9q1one anonymously before he drove because of the yelling and hearing things brake and door banging and now our neighboors are saying thier lawyer is looking into who called and what time because it can drop the dui charge. Can they find out that information since the lawyer is pulling it? Im just really worried what will happen if they do.

No, most unlikely, since norrnally, defense counsel in the Commonwealth don't even have access to police reports compiled in reference to
particular crimes.
