Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
Heres the situation, My chemistry teacher resigned from her job and left us . So the school had to distribute the kids in the class into different chemistry class and the swapped some of the other periods around. My other class that was switched was my physics class, but they not only switched the class period but the teacher as well. The was she teaches is very different from my former teacher, and they have done one subject that my class hasnt even covered, so i won't know any of that stuff. I have alot of things on my plate , like my research paper, track, projects and etc. I can't handle this transition without it completly jeopardizing all my grades. I tried to ask them to try to atleast switch me to the same teacher if anything , i dont care about the class period. But all the administrators did was send me away and to just deal with it, im very frustrated and i need to get back to my old teacher ASAP before my grades drop. Can i make a case of this? I mean grades and the money you make in the future probably have a correlation so maybe this could be counted as some type of theft or something. It doesn't matter i just need a case

No, not by any stretch (of anyone's legal imagination, including yours, in my opinion).
