Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
I own a small hair salon in Virginia, A woman came in and wanted fake eyelashes (which she brought with her and the glue) a service we do not offer.This woman admittedly has alopesia which can be caused by stress or an std (she had no hair visible anywhere visible). She just got out of prison for several charges including assault on L.E. & possession of controlled substances. Can I legally refuse her service in my salon?
