Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
My sons school bus driver is currently under investigation for possibly abuse (of my son). There were no tapes running on the bus but the school believes my son. Of course I am livid because a similar incident happened to him when he was in preschool. If the investigation shows that there was physical abuse what actions (if any) can I take? This was in Suffolk, Va.

The school could be liable and you could sue them in your son's behalf.
