Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
In the state of Virginia, after the final divorce decree and property settlement what are the rules on picking up your stuff that was awarded to you in the settlement are they a time limit on picking it up. Can you contact the person and tell them a day and time they can come to get their stuff that was awarded to them and can you contact that person without going threw a lawyer.

If there are any such "rules" they would most likely be found in the terms of the PSA (Property Settlement Agreement); otherwise these issue(s) would likely
depend upon what the parties can later reasonably agree to (in my opinion).
