Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
In the state of viriginia I have two misdemeanors. No felonies or drug charges. No domestic assaults. Could I still purchase a gun for home defense.

As long as these misdemeanor convictions do not involve anything to do with domestic violence, you should be OK to purchase firearms in the
Commonwealth (my opinion).
