Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
Storage Fee
Can a storage fee be charged to a company that has left behind equipment on your personal property? There was no contract for the work done. The equipment broke down and was left behind for almost 20 months. It was disposed of and now company is trying to sue for damages.

Re: Storage Fee
Instead of storage fees, why not just go with the defense of property presumed to be abandoned(after, hopefully, notice was given to come get it or it would be disposed of---as apparently it was.)
