what happens if i pressed charges on someone and have been subopeaned, now I don't want to go to court and press charges anymore.

Too late, now that the matter is in the hands of your local prosecutor's office, they have the power and right to decide whether the matter will be prosecuted or not rather than you. And, if you've been supoenaed to appear, you had best show up on the date and time and at the place specified on the subpoena.
