Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
sue
I had a friend I went out with once and told him we could only be friends. He still would not give up. He was always offering to pay my bills and what ever else he could do to get in my presence. One time i did ask him to borrow $200 and we had that noterized. As far as paying my bills i never said i would pay him back. I had a full time job and really didnt need him to do that but let him anyway. Now he is taking me to court after 4 years saying i owe him 13,000. All he has is receipts. He is mad because i got married and just had a baby. I had no idea he was seceretly adding up everything he has ever done for me. Can he get this in court.

Re: sue
Hard to say on these facts, but you should probably get an attorney to represent you, given the amount of the claim.
