Can I sue someone who is on the job by a company for slandering my name with my neighbors and involving themselves in my personal and private space while they were working outside?

Sure, one can always sue, but if you have the tort of defamation (slander) in mind as the basis for your claim, you will need credible and persuasive facts
as proof which are not evident from your question (in my opinion).
