Suing for money loaned
I loaned a friend money, and they promised to pay. I have asked repeatedly when going to. I keep getting will let know. I want to sue for it in civil court. I have a copy of check cashed from my bank for some of the money, and text messages of me asking the person when will pay back withe the whole amount loaned, and him replying yes will pay back money loan. I am not sure if I could use the text messages saved him admitting he owe me.

Yes, these text messages should be admissible as evidence in support of your case in small claims court.
