Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia

taking pictures

I had a C-Section and was refused being able to take pictures of the baby right after delivery. Were the hospital staff right for refusing me these photos? Should they have let my husband take these photos? Any advice will help me decide what to do. Thanks.

I see no violation of either your civil or other rights by the hospital staff in the incident described.
