Trespassing

I stopped construction in my neighborhood to save trees, police came now I have to go to court Jan.17th for trespassing. Do I need a n attorney?

Trespassing is a Class 1 misdemeanor and jailable offense in the Commonwealth and, therefore, yes, you should have a competent criminal defense counsel representing you in this matter.
