Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia

Trespassing

I was wondering what are the laws if my spouse invites someone onto our property that I do not approve of. Do I have the right to ask them to leave? If they refuse do I have the right to call the police to have him or her removed? Any help with sections of the law to reference in this situation would be greatly appreciated. We are legally married and it is for lack of a better term it is her boyfriend. I just want to know what I can legally do the next time it happens?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Trespassing

No, since your spouse has as much right to occupy

the marital property as you do. she is free to invite anyone she chooses onto the property to visit

and you cannot have such an invited person charged with trespassing nor removed by law enforcement authorities.
