Unauthorized Use of Photographs

A contractor doing work on our home has posted photographs of our home on the internet without our permission. Can he do that?

Just about anything can be posted on the Internet, so if you mean do you have some kind of legal recourse against the contractor for invasion of your privacy rights or something similar, the likely answer is probably, no, you do not.

Of course, you could always call the fellow up and express your unhappinesss and request that the unauthorized pictures be removed.
