Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia

video surveillance by neighbor
Yesterday my neighbor complained about my dog barking. He'd never said anything before, but we try to be good neighbors and take his complaint seriously. We bought a bark collar to address the problem today. Nevertheless, the neighbor posted a video camera at the fence line and pointed directly onto our property. We have a young teenage daughter and a younger son, and are concerned about this video surveillance. We have never had a problem before or any kind of complaint from anyone about anything. We are stumped by his aggressive behavior. The fact that his behavior seems so bizarre makes us question his judgment and motives. We are concerned about the privacy and safety of our children in our own backyard. What options do we have to stop him from targeting our property and potentially videotaping our children?

Buy a mirror and mount it on a post across from your neighbor's video camera.
