Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
violation of 5th and 14th
are my rights violated when a person is arrested but no picture taken or fingerprinted but later that day came to the persons work and took a picture infront of employees and guest in a criminal manner and told guest when they ask what was going on then told guest / employees what I was being charged with.

Arrests are matters of public record, and, consequently, I see no violation of any rights in the scenario which you've described.
