I have received a Warrant in Debt and am wondering what the judicial process is.

You must appear in court on the date indicated on the warrant to defend against the stated charge or a default judgment will very likely be entered against you.
If you believe that you have no responsibility for (or a defense to)the matter(s) being charged against you, you would likely be well advised to arrange for a consultation with an attorney who should be able to further advise you as to an appropriate course of action.
