Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
A website named Power Profiles has listed my full legal name and home address as a business. They recieved the information because I did not have my home telephone number unlisted for two days. They show a map to my house and that the company, which is my name has been in business for 4 years and has an average of one employee and has about $60K in income every year. To remove it I have to send them my utility bills amongst other things.
Arn't they breaking some law? Do I have to provide more personal information for them to remove this? If someone looked online found my home address and broke in or came to rape me wouldn't they be responsible?
