Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia

I am White American. I am opposed to any kind of racist employment practices against any race. So, I have been wondering why do Whites in our society practice racism against their own race. Here are some easy examples. The NBA is approximately 90% Black,. The NFL is approximately 70% Black. Even the NCAA is practicing racism against the Whites, but more research is needed to prove it. The Supreme Court ruled we are all equal. If this is the law, how can these skewered numbers exist? So, with the imbalance in the NBA and NFL. I would like to know if I can sue these two entities for the racial discrimination in their employment practices? The courts have only required the numbers to prove this kind of case and here the numbers are overwhelming.

No, you're "way off base" here. so to speak, as the numbers you've

referenced in these particular situations would in no way (in and of themselves)

constitute credible proof for your claim of alleged discrimination by the

various teams in the NBA and NFL in their selection and hiring

practices for players, and any lawsuit that you initiated based

only on these numbers would soon be subject to summary dismissal (my opinion).
