Wire tapping
Is it legal to tapp someones internet communication without their knowledge? (email, instant messenger, online activity)

Wiretapping is illegal without a court-ordered warrant to allow for such access, mainly by law enforcement authorities investigating crime, if that's what you mean by "tapping".
