I see 1000's of nude fake celeb photos on the web altered by programs like photoshop,ex: i search google and find a pic of Taylor Swift,put her face on a nude body and post it to a blog,is that legal?

Court in the famous case of The New York Times v. Sullivan nearly 50 years ago
(March 1964).
And, yes, it should also be noted that the individuals who engage in the
kind of moronic behaviour as described in this question, must be in every sense of the term, truly MORONS--and likely fast-headed in a moral spiral towards the pit of human degradation.
