Legal Question in Technology Law in Virginia

computer

My computer broke so i took it in to be repaired and they gave me a loaner and my 8 year old daughter had gotten on and found videos of porn (home made video porn) and now im having issues with my daughter since she seen the video.The company should have made sure the computer was clean before loaning it out.What if anything can i do about this.Thank you for your time

Whatever "issues" you may be having with your daughter as a result of her having viewed this uninvited and unwelcome porn on the loaner computer, I would doubt that any of this unpleasantness would translate into damages recoverable in a successful lawsuit against the repair shop that loaned you the porn infested computer.
