Legal Question in Technology Law in Virginia

My next door neighbor has installed a video camera on the roof of his house. I could understand if it was pointed at his driveway or front yard. Instead, it is pointed at my front yard! This seems to be a privacy issue and would like your opinion. Is this legal?

Probably not. It could be stalking or harassment. Speak with the DA in your county.
