Legal Question in Technology Law in Virginia

Internet porn

I'm going though a divorce. My husband has been addicted to ''cyber sex'' for some time now. I downloaded a program that lets me know which web sites he visits, conversations and everything. I have proof he visits web sites which have minors on them. He has cyber sex with them and watchs porn shows and web cams. Is this legal and what are my rights?

Re: Internet porn

I doubt viewing of cyber porn by your husband is relevant to your divorce, since most states have no-fault divorce laws. Unless custody is an issue, it is likely to hurt more than help to bring up cyber porn in the divorce, as most judges would consider it irrelevant and would be angered that you introduce such an issue when it has no real bearing on division of property and income.

However, I am not licensed in VA, so you might ask this again to a a VA matrimonial law lawyer.
