Legal Question in Technology Law in Virginia

I am planning to develop software using open source platform and working on creating NDA as well as contract papers. I want to protect my software as well as time and money spend to develop such using open source tool. The open source is GPL license. Considering that I want to resell my software what terms I should be adding in my NDA as well as contract so that developer must take of any code used from within open source platform?

The terms of your license agreement with your users will depend upon the nature of your license: will your software be exclusive? Fee-based? Will your software contain any of the open source?
