How long after your chapter 7 bankrupty has been discharged can you sell your home.

It's not a question of the discharge. It's a question of either having an exemption of the property allowed in full (which would be 30 days after the meeting of creditors was concluded), or (more likely) when the property was abandoned, or deemed abandoned, by the trustee, which is usually when the case is closed.
