Legal Question in Technology Law in Virginia

I have been receiving harassing phone calls for over a month now from an ex boyfriend. He calls me at least 3 or 4 times a day. i have saved messages on my cell phone from him but they only last 30 days. i told him before i left him that if he did this i would file a harassment complaint. We live in the same state but different cities. How do i go about filing a harassment complaint? I have a printout from my phone company from the last 30 days highlited with the times and dates he called.

I would first contact your telephone service provider with your complaint and follow their advice from there.
