Sponsor results?

I have a business and this question pertains to when I do a search on Yahoo with the name of the business in quotes. The results come up, with the sponsor results first. The top result in the the sponsor results has my business's name in it, followed by the word ''quotes'' and is linked to another cite that advertises mortgages. My company is not a mortgage company, and I am wondering if the above scenario has any implications for false advertising. Thanks

Not enough facts to answer your question. A big factor would be what business are YOU in and does the offending advertiser interfere.
