Unauthorized Video Posted on Internet

An unauthorized video of my son, age 14, was posted on the internet. The video was an altercation, and the video had the other child saying he was going to beat up my son, and it was edited and posted to porkolt.com. Is there any legal action that can be taken against the person(s) responsible for posting this video?

Yes. Have your attorney transmit a Cease & Desist letter, then obtain an injunction to remove on the basis of non-consent and invasion of privacy.
