Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Virginia
cannabis persecution
I have discovered it is unconstitutional for the government to persecute the cannabis culture. The constitution describes the importnace of denying the persecution of a group. Cannabis persecution also violates the mission of the constitution by not insuring domestic tranquility or promoting the general welfare.

Re: cannabis persecution
Ergo, it must be the mission of the constitution to promote cannabis consumption among the populace.
And, verily, Sir, how could such be gainsaid in any way, shape or form(be it hemp or otherwise)?
