Consititutional right to demonstrate
Can I picket the offices of a poor quality dentist? She charged me $9,000 for work 2 years ago that will now cost $16,000 to fix and refuses to answer my letters.

A better approach would very likely be to sue this dentist to recover at least some of what appear to be your very substantial losses(assuming that the claim is still within the two year statute of limitations which would presuambly apply.)
(You could even sue in small claims court for up to $5000 without an attorney.)
