Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Virginia
Discrimination against retired military TRICARE users
Public Law 109-364, section 707 prohibits an employer from providing ''financial incentive not to enroll in a group health plan''. This law prohibits employers from offering a TRICARE supplement at a lower cost as an option for health care. Is this not discrimination against retired military members based on their eligibility for TRICARE?

Re: Discrimination against retired military TRICARE users
Highly doubtful, although I admittedly know nothing about the TRICARE program nor its possible applications to retired military personnel.
