Virtually all aliens in this country who are age 18 or older, but not yet 26, are required to
register for selective service, unless they are in the U.S. on diplomatic, consular, student, or tourist visas or have Border Crossing Cards (I-185),(I-186), (I-444).
Surprisingly, even illegal aliens are required to register. (See www.selective service.com.)
