Felony
how long does a felony charge stay on my record? is that permanent if i didnt even serve time?will that stop me from getting a school safety job?

Felony conviction records are not expungable in the Commonwealth of Virginia unless you can prove that you were wrongfully convicted and have, consequently, received a pardon from the governor. (See Va. Code Sec.
19.2-392.2 et seq.)
I have no idea about the school job.
