freedom of information
As a taxi driver who has been barred by an airport authority from working there, how can I compel them to provide me with all correspondence with the company I lease my cab from and the names and addresses of all persons who have filed complaints against me causing me loss of revenue and defamation of character?

You can't unless you or your attorney are suing the airport authority and this kind of information is not subject to F.O.I.A. disclosure/release.
