Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Virginia

personal information

I aent an email to a corporation and the man it was implied to recieved the email and then had someone crack my email account and has every email, every im and my myspace account with all my friends. Is this legal? He threatened that he had the police in it and not to do it again? Something is tellin me this is not right?
