Use of photography in homeowners association trial.
The homeowners association is threatening to revoke my parking privilidges because they say they have photos of the same tage being using on multiple cars. My question is, are they allowed to take photos of the tag inside of my car?

Certainly if the tags were in plain sight, and the rules on parking privileges have been broken, they are entitled to gather this sort of evidence. In fact, they really would have to gather this sort of evidence to make a case.
I doubt that this photo-taking would be construed as an invasion of privacy, since the tags were in plain sight in a vehicle.
Finally, you haven't said that they did revoke your privileges, so I recommend that you stick to the one car one licnse plate common sense rule, if you want to keep your privileges.
If you got caught driving with switched plates, you'd be in a lot more trouble that having parking issues.

There are no Constitutional (including 4th Amendment) issues implicated in this question. The activity attributed to the Homeowners' Association is quite legal.
