Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Virginia
Separation/Divorce
Can I move out and still get 1/2 interest in my home?
If I leave, can I still get half of everything that should be mine?(ie. 1/2 his retirment, 1/2 interest in my home, making him take on some resposibility for a child that will start college this fall). etc. How can I afford a divorce?

Yes, perhaps, you may be able to sustain all of these claims if you proceed with your plans to separate from your spouse, but, before doing so, you should prudently arrange for a consultation with an attorney who is appropriately knowledgeable and experienced in Virginia domestic relations law matters and who can further advise you on these matters.
