Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Virginia

Severe police misconduct/misusing power resulting in victim loss/violation in Ci

Where and how can a victim of sexually based crimes report severe police misconduct that resulted in the victims loss and violation in Civil, Constitutional, The Virginia Constitution, and The Virginia Code ensured Rights? Please note that the victim has filed complaints with several offices, including Internal Affairs, The Commonwealths Attorneys Office, The Justice Department, and The Offices of the Attorney Generals. The victim has even filed complaints with several government officials. However, the victim has gotten zero response from all of these offices and individuals. Also, note that the police in Fairfax County have made this a pattern and practice of violating victims rights, meaning that the same officers have violated and misused their power against many victims in the area who are victims of the same type of crime. Since there seems to be no hope of filing a complaint that will result in the police ending their practice and pattern of misconduct and violating rights ensured by laws, how can victims find a lawyer that is willing to take a case of this nature? Please note that the victim has tried speaking with numerous lawyers, and most are afraid of taking on this battle.

Without many more very specific and relevant facts

to back up your claim(s), your complaint as articulated here on the BBS is meaningless.

You say you have "filed complaints" with lots of people and agencies. The only complaints that are taken seriously are lawsuits filed in court by lawyers. Stop writing letters. Your letters will be ignored by everyone, and worse, they are ammunition for your opponents to use against you in court. You "tried speaking" to lawyers? What does that mean? Cat got your tongue? Why do you assume lawyers are "afraid" of taking your case? Maybe you are nuts or you have no case. Why do you expect answers here when you won't say what specific conduct you are complaining about? All you say is that you claim to be some sort of "victim."
