Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Virginia

Signed for UPS Package Against Agreement

I have recently ordered tattoo supplies and the vendor inadvertently shipped them to my old tattoo shop after I called to follow-up on status. The package contained his business name, but was addressed to ME! the owner signed for the packages and him nor his security officer will contact me to turn this package over to me. He does have an agreement with my lawyer not to contact me in any which way shape or form due to his unethical behavior. Was it legal for him to accept my packages even though I am no longer employed through him since he has executed a document with my lawyer? What can I do to obtain them?

Re: Signed for UPS Package Against Agreement

Rather than wrangling over whether his acceptance of your package, delivered, apparently to his place of business was "legal", why not ask your lawyer to contact this person to release this package to its intended recipient, namely, you?
