submitting resume on internet
Do I have to comply with posting my personal resume on the company home portal on the internet? Can they force me to post the resume if I feel it's an invasion of my privacy?

Assuming this is a private company (not the government), you don't have to do anything, but they don't have to keep you on as an employee either.
