Legal Question in Construction Law in Virginia
In arbitration- what is specifically meant by "proof of damages" or "delay damage claim" What exactly will I need in order to substantiate this type of claim?

Proof of damages = credible evidence of losses claimed. What a litigant will need to sustain his burden of proof for this exercise will likely depend in large measure upon the nature of the losses claimed.
