Legal Question in Construction Law in Virginia

contract proposal

If my contract proposal for a roofing company is legal in Va; is it also legal in DC and Md? Or are there stipulations that have to be made

Yes, if the contract is legal in the Commonwealth, it should also be legal in the other two jurisdictions, but, assuming that the contract was made in Virginia, it should also specifiy that the contract will be governed by Virginia law.
