contractor not paying sub-contractor
I installed a garage door and opener in a new house for a contractor who agreed to pay after closing.I mailed an invoice to him and have yet to hear back from him.Phone messages,text messages,and e-mail's go unanswered.It's been 70 days.How should I proceed?

If the contractor has not received full payment from the owner, you should have approximately 20 days to file and perfect your mechanic's lien against the property.
