Legal Question in Construction Law in Virginia
Fencing Construction
I constructed a fence in my property with the front facing my property instead of facing out, as required by the property management company. Two adjacent properties that bound my property have their fences facing mine and having MY fence faceinside make the construction look with a clean look. Do I have a legal right to keep the fence as constructed and if so, where do I take my case.

Re: Fencing Construction
More information is required to answer this question such as whether you belong to an HOA and what is the basis for the property management company's rule requiring all fences to "face out"?
