Insulation installed Backwards in 14 year old home
I recently found out that the insulation in my home was installed backwards (which is allowing HUGE amounts of cold air into my house,). We have lived in the house for 2 years and it was origonally built by Centex homes in 1994. We are in a townhouse and our neighbors complain of the same problem. Can I legally ask Centex to fix the problem?

Sure, you could ask, but the builder at this late date will likely refuse. (The legal focus and possible remedy (in my view) should be on any possible misrepresenatation(s) which the seller may have made to you in regard to this matter as the prospective buyer of the property.)
