i m a subcontractr w/ a signed contract to performe drywall work.
The oner call somebody to fiish the job becuse his price whas cheeper!! e nerver fire me !! does the contract still valid? we doesnt wanna payme the work i have done neither the retainage

Yes , the contract should be valid and if you sue this welsher in small claims court for the work you've done, you should win.
